Shirataki Sake Brewerym Ounuma Noujun Junmai

As a Junmai, this sake uses 80% of the grain (20% milled away) for brewing leading to a more robust profile. Hints of celery, pear, and anise on the nose. On the palate, it is rich, savory, and creamy with flavors of mocha, spicy vanilla, and a crisp, acid led finish. Best served at room temperature or lightly warmed.
