A collaboration between legendary Loire producers Domaine Jousset and Nicolas Reau. 100% Melon de Bourgogne from 60 year old vines. Aged and fermented in concrete for 10 months. Light to medium bodied, uber-natural, it offers restrained notes of orchard fruit and zesty green apple with crisp acidity. Extended time on the lees adds subtlety, complexity and a touch of sparkle to the wine.
