Mash Bill: Rye 60%, Corn 20%, Malted Barley 20%, A nose that’s abundant with sweet, honey roasted peanuts, fresh alfalfa hay, leading to a palate of rich baking spices, caramel and ripe bananas. Aged for over 3 years in charred new oak barrels, the whiskey is blended by Master Blender Sean Josephs to highlight the unique attributes of the barrels, then proofed to an ideal sipping strength. Bottled unfiltered at 99 proof (49.5% ABV)
