Riviera, a seasonal addition designed for spring and summer, blends 8 year old American light whiskey with straight bourbon distilled in Indiana from a mash bill of 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley, then finishes the blend in rosé wine casks from Spain. Bottled non chill filtered at 47% in St. Louis, it is a lighter, more floral, coastal minded take on cask finished whiskey.
