Dark cherry and vanilla on the nose with stone fruit and orange peel, then vanilla, allspice, decadent peach, and fig on the palate, finishing with caramel syrup and candied ginger spice.

Launched in April 2025, this was Penelope Bourbon's first ready to pour cocktail, made from the brand's straight bourbon and rye whiskeys with peach bitters and farm sourced pure maple syrup, and it earned a Platinum medal at the 2025 ASCOT Awards. Penelope, founded in 2018 and built around master blender Danny Polise's cask finishing and blending, brought that same sensibility to a bottled Old Fashioned meant to taste bartender made.
