Penelope's second ready to pour cocktail, released in August 2025, combines the brand's straight bourbon and rye with black walnut bitters and vanilla demerara, a raw sugar with light traces of molasses. Bottled at 76 proof, or 38% ABV, it is spirit forward by design and, like the Peach Old Fashioned, took a Platinum medal at the 2025 ASCOT Awards.
