Paris Valley Road Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, California

Sourced from some of the most well known Appellations in California, this Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 14 months in 27% New French and American Oak barrels. Notes of earth and eucalyptus on the nose lead to a dark center of cassis, dark chocolate and black currant. Medium to full bodied this wine finishes off with a kiss of toasty oak.
