Oikonomoy Sitia Blanc, Greece 2015

This delicious and distinct wine has deliberate oxidation. It gives the wine it’s fresh and fruity character. The complex aroma is evident with orange, nectarine, honey and butterscotch. It is full-bodied and intense yet with finesse. The acidity is almost high with solid flavours of white pepper, kerosene, mushroom, nutmeg and a nearly long aftertaste.
