The sparkling rosé from the Vilarnau family in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the heart of the cava country, is a blend with the Garnacha as the main character complemented with the Pinot Noir. Organically produced, each variety has been vinified separately. Bottled fermented “Méthod Champenoise”. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 15 months. Subtle rose, violet and light red berry aromas are on the nose, while on the palate is a smooth, creamy, fresh and elegant finish.
