This Brut Reserva Cava is produced from native varieties such as Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel.lo and aged for 15 months on lees. Some funky reduction, but opens nicely into apples and peaches. Fruity and fleshy, with some light bubbles, but turns a little bruised on the finish. From organically grown grapes. It is complex on the nose with fresh aromas of fruit and grape. On the palate it is fresh and delicate with a smooth texture due to the time spent on lees. Serve very chilled. Perfect as a aperitif and also with seafood, fish and rice dishes.
