A blend of 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 5% Poulsard, 5% Trousseau. Made in the traditional method and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 13 months. Chardonnay dominant Extra Brut, showing clean and pure flavors of crisp apple, citrus peel, and slight brioche undertones, thanks to partial vinification in barrel. A truly delicious bottle that rivals some of the best from Champagne!
