NV II Soffione Prosecco DOC Rose Brut, Veneto, Italy

Notes of citrus, white flower and stewed strawberries on the nose. On the palate the wine follows through with notes of green apple, berries and a creaminess to it as well. This wine is a blend of Glera (white) and Pinot Noir (red), also known as the Charmat method.
