NV Hamada Shuzo, Kojo Tsuyahime Junmai Ginjo Sake, Yamagata, Japan

This Junmai Ginjo is brewed with high-quality rice ‘Tsuya-Hime.’ Tsuyahime has been local rice variety of Yamagata for years and it wasn’t until 1988 that they began using it to make sake. Beautiful aromas of white peach, lychee, orange with a hint of chestnut. Fuller-bodied yet subtle acidity gives the sake a clean finish.
