This dry vermouth is based on Ugni-Blanc wine and is flavored with 17 different herbs and spices. It is sweetened with 25 grams of sugar per litre. There is fresh lychee and grape juice on the nose, with aromas of bark, almond, and citrus fruit. The palate is white wine palate with white wine vinegar, genepi and pine and salty seaweed flavors. The finish is fresh clean acidic, spicy oxidized white wine finish. Perfect for your gin and vodka martinis.
