Cantina della Volta is the result of one 100 yrs of experience of the Bellei family, winemakers from Modena since 1920, of which the oenologist Christian is from the fourth generation. Spumante Dosaggio Zero "Il Mattaglio '' is a pas dosé sparkling wine that is fresh, dry and mineral, produced according to the traditional method and aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Elegant, floralwith a  dry and mineral, almost saline finish.
