This fortified wine is produced from a sweet white wine and an infusion of wild cherries and quinine; a bit of cherry brandy, lemon & cherry juice is then added. The taste here is a bit like cherry marzipan. Enjoy on the rocks or as an alternative to Aperol or Campari for a change of pace in your next cocktail.
