Cooked agave, vanilla, and cinnamon on the nose, with good complexity from the elevated proof. The palate delivers bold cooked agave, caramel, black pepper, and a sustained warmth through the finish. Bottled at high proof. Lost Lore High Proof Reposado is a cask-strength release from NOM 1414 (Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados) in Arandas. Produced by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz using Los Altos highland agave, brick ovens, roller mill extraction, stainless steel fermentation with champagne yeast, and double distillation in copper pot stills. Additive-free. The elevated proof concentrates the reposado character for maximum flavor delivery.
