Liquid Farms goal was to create awareness about what happens above ground and below ground, and tell the story of how both are inextricably linked to wine. Wine is, after all, a product of the earth and the human touch. It is Liquid from Farming. This 2018 vintage exhibits the minerality one expects from this wine, but is just a touch richer than the previous vintage. It quickly became a favorite amongst Team LF and some might even risk saying that this is the best White Hill to date! It pairs well with sushi, oysters, or ceviche.
Rich and round with subtle notes of brioche, lemon peel, vanilla, hazelnut, and saline. The acid is fresh and vibrant, leaving you yearning for another sip. While still very youthful, we recommend either decanting or putting this away in your cellar for a number of years. Anticipated maturity is 2024-2030.
