This Chenin is broad and friendly with a bright mouthfeel and appealing notes of apricot, wild sage brush and fresh linen.

There's a tremendous display of rocky minerality on the nose of this bottling, which offers crushed granite, wet river stone and wet wool aromas, as well as a bright sense of lemon blossom. The chiseled stone character carries through the palate, where honey flavors emerge toward the finish.
