Sourced from own rooted vines planted at the Happy Canyon Vineyard in the east side of the Santa Ynez Valley. The wine is fermented using native yeast. The wine is transferred to neutral oak barrels for the winter. Once malo is complete we transfer to tank prior to bottling. Aromas of sous-bois, green pepper and wet flowers. A really clean and fruity Cabernet Franc with only the slightest touch of green. Blackberry, black cherry, and herbs clear the way for a finish that is medium in weight and in tannin.
