100% Timorasso, an ancient variety of Piedmont. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with 8 months on the lees. Yellow straw with golden hues, hints of bergamot, aromatic herbs and acacia honey. The pallet is extremely elegant and charming on the palate, the mineral notes intermingle with citrus and floral notes. It has a long and clean finish.
