100% Sauvignon Blanc, 3 days skin contact and 10 months barrel aging. Ripe green fruit, just cut grass and hay drying in the sun, with a fine chalky line and crystalline salty freshness. The barrel aging brings excellent weight to the wine - lemon drops, set custard, lemon barley water, a gentle leesiness and roundness. A really lovely, textural expression of Sauvignon.
