Jolie Folle's grapes come from multiple vineyards located near Les Caves de la Loire, southwest of Angers. Grapes are pressed immediately and kept at 41-42 degrees Celsius on fine lees for 8 days. The wine is then cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 11 days.
This Sancerre-styled Sauvignon Blanc has notes of ripe citrus and French pear that finish with a subtle minerality.
