Joe’s ethos is rooted in showcasing the unique cold climate terroirs of the Pacific Northwest using a hands off approach. What ends up in the glass are energetic, vins de soif with a freshness and balanced acidity that reflect their artist, terroir, and space in time. We destemmed and macerated Malbec for 5-6 hours before pressing to make a wine that takes a chill well and offers maximum drinkability. The palate is studded with plum, tart cherry, rhubarb, and leather.
