Founder Mike Fruge spent roughly a decade researching rice spirits before launching this vodka in 2018, made entirely from rice grown and harvested on the family's own Acadia Parish farm, distilled to 191 proof before being brought down to a smooth 80 proof for bottling, a genuine grain to glass product from a farm better known for crawfish and rice.
