Golden Eagle departs from the industry norm of stripping vodka down to pure neutrality, distilling just once from 100% estate grown Dark Northern Red wheat, a high protein Hard Red Spring wheat variety bred over more than a century to survive the extreme growing conditions of the foothills. Finished vodka is proofed with mineral rich Yellowstone spring water and left unfiltered of its natural character by design.
