Fortaleza Blanco is made by the fifth generation of the Sauza family in Jalisco, using traditional methods, including a stone tahona and copper pot stills. The nose has notes of citrus and roasted vegetables. These are joined by basil, olive oil, lime zest and a bit of black pepper on the palate. The finish is complex, with butter-cream and freshly-baked bread.
