This Pinot Blanc is aged 3 months on the lees in stainless steel. This crisp, dry wine has complex notes of nectarine, fresh fruity pineapple and white acacia flowers. On the palate, it is very harmonious, evoking honey and citrus fruit on the finish together with well-balanced acidity.
