Located in the heart of Saumur, Domaine Guiberteau’s 14.5 hectares of organically farmed vines are dedicated to the region’s signature varieties, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. All fruit is destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, and wines are bottled unfined/unfiltered. 'Breze' is a coveted terroir and we love what Guiberteau does with this mineral-rich release—nutty and saline-driven, with a crisp acidic backbone.
