Floral, minerally, medium-bodied white wine. When it comes to white Bordeaux, no appellation is as highly regarded as Graves. The fine and complex nose travels from floral to ripe peach, with hints of honey. Soft and round, yet bright and lively; mineral palate with a long dry finish. 

This wine would pair well with sushi or oysters and whole grilled or roasted fish.
