Each winter, Marko personally selects organically grown blood oranges at peak ripeness in Central California, and the fruit, skins included, is crushed and processed through a months long extraction technique before blending with Charbay's own Clear Vodka. This Mandarin expression, launched decades after the original 1998 Blood Orange Vodka that helped pioneer the whole fruit vodka category.
