“Blanc de Blanc” is 100% Chardonnay from organic vines rooted in chalk soils that are fermented on spontaneous, airborne yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic was also carried out naturally. The resulting wine was transferred into bottle and aged for at least 20 months before disgorgement without a gram of sugar (Brut Nature) or a single dose of sulfur.
The nose is creamy with white flowers, toasted bread and notes of yellow fruits. On the palate, this is a youthful and fresh wine, bright acidity with notes of citrus and notes of bread. This is a beautiful champagne recommended for anyone who loves a dry, bright, classic Champagne
