Champagne produced by the traditional blend of Meunier (10%), Pinot Noir (19%) and Chardonnay (28%), as well as wine made from grapes from the old varieties grown by the House (Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, 8%) harvested in 2022. The remaining 35% comes from reserve wines made like a solera. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures on lattes for a minimum of 18 months.
