Wild Alpine strawberry runs the nose — bright, fresh, and never jammy, with herbal vermouth botanicals underneath that keep it lifted and aromatic. On the palate it's mildly bittersweet, with strawberry jelly and chamomile balanced by a dry, herb-speckled finish. Off-dry and light at 16% ABV. Introduced in 1902 by Rosalie Dolin, Chambéryzette was built on Vermouth de Chambéry — the only French appellation for vermouth — infused with wild strawberries from the Rhône-Alps. Dolin has been producing in Chambéry since 1821 and remains one of the few independent houses still making the style. Serve cold over ice.
