This Triple IPA is loaded with Strata, Galaxy, Citra, Comet, and Amarillo. This beer has aromas of pineapple, and strong flavors of peach and mango that lead into a delicate, soft finish- full of orange juice and ripe peaches.

We used an enormous amount of flaked oats and wheat to soften the body while retaining drinkability of such a big beer.

The bulk of the dry hop was Galaxy, Strata, and Comet. And boy do they express their best qualities in this beer. Citra and Amarillo add a nice complexity to the heavy stonefruit character of the other 3 hops.
This aroma is intoxicating, the body full, and the mouthfeel is pillowy.
