The 107-proof palate leads with charred oak and baking spice — anise, orange peel, clove — then lands on cherrywood and fennel on a warm, dry finish. Each bottle pulls from a single barrel, so proof and age vary slightly but never fall below 7 years or 107 proof. Baker's is part of Jim Beam's Small Batch Collection, named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of the legendary Jim Beam, and one of only four expressions in the line.
