The ArteNOM Seleccion 1123 Blanco Tequila is made from 100% pure lowland agave, harvested from the ArteNOM farms in Jalisco, Mexico. The first part of the distillation process is the creation of the distillate, where the liquid is distilled to create a higher alcohol content. The distillate is then put into repurposed brandy barrels for 21-28 days that previously held Oaxacan mezcal. This is where the ArteNOM Seleccion 1123 Blanco Tequila gets its slightly golden color. This tequila is earthy, vegetal and herbaceous due to the use of lower-brix valley agave.
