100% Chenin Blanc, organically farmed. 90% of fermentation takes place in stainless steel and 10% in French oak. Only 30% of the wine undergoes malo-latic fermentation with battanog. 

Bright and dry with ripe citrus notes; Valencia oranges, apricot and Meyer lemon, hints of orange blossom water, honeysuckle and ocean water salinity. With a pleasant, long lingering finish.
