A blend of Garnacha Blanca & Garnacha Gris from 17 year old vines. There is a strong mediterranean influence in the Mas Mares vineyard where the constant wind results in smaller berries and clusters with thicker skins and bright acidity. Hand harvested with a slow gentle pressing, native yeast fermentation in tank, followed by 9 months aged in Neutral french oak.
Bright and crisp with hints of Honeydew melon and pear with savory, herbal undertones and a fresh salinity on the finish.
