Alto Molino Cabernet Sauvignon, Salta, Argentina 2019

This Cabernet is extraordinarily delicious for its humble price point.  It jumps from the glass with aromas of mint and forest floor intermixed with dark fruits.  On the palate, it offers oodles of ripe and jammy fruit reminiscent of black cherry and red currant, with accents of black pepper and moderate tannins. Layers of toast, vanilla and spice were imparted from 9 months of aging in American oak barrels.
