A Tribute to Grace wines are made from sustainably-farmed grapes with an eye towards Biodynamics. Angela’s low-intervention approach includes the use of neutral oak and only small sulfur additions at bottling for stability. A fully de-stemmed blend of fruit from two organic vineyards, this wine underwent native yeast fermentation in tank before being moved to barrel for malolactic and 16-18 months of elevage in largely neutral oak barrels. Bright and fresh, it is a medium-bodied red wine with vibrant red berry fruit and a hint of spice.
