Pale salmon, with a delicate nose of fresh strawberry, white peach, and dried rose petal. The palate is dry and precise — brisk acidity, citrus zest, and a clean mineral finish that keeps it from reading sweet.
Brij works out of San Luis Obispo, a coastal appellation that runs significantly cooler than inland California. The marine influence is what holds the acidity at this ripeness level. Printemps (French for spring) is built for early drinking — the kind of dry rosé that works as well at the table as it does on its own.
