From parcels in the heart of the original sector of Chablis, this village wine is taut and fresh on the palate, with flavors of lemon sherbet, jasmine tea, lime flower, and crushed stone. The high acidity keeps everything lifted and balanced, leading to a saline-infused finish.

The Dampt family has a long tradition of winemakers, in fact both Vincent’s father, Daniel Dampt, and grandfather, Jean Defaix, own highly-regarded estates in Chablis. Vincent grew up in the world of wine trained in the Jura and with Leflaive in Puligny–Montrachet before inheriting a few small plots of vineyards, enabling him to create his own estate. This is one of the up and coming young leaders of the new generation of Chablis.
