A blend of Macabeu, Muscat d’Alexandrie and Muscat Petit Grains from 45 year old vines. Organically farmed. Two week whole-cluster maceration. Fermented and aged in concrete vats. This wine is bright and dry with intense apricot, lime, lemon balm and ginger paired with creaminess, beautiful tannin structure and amazing length.
