50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Cinsault. Grown in chalky clay on young vines from north of the village of Courthézon. Fresh, juicy and lively, Grapes manually harvested and sorted, 100% destemmed and fermented in concrete tank for five months with no sulfites added. Certified organic. The vines are almost 50 years old, and the yield of grapes is low but of very high quality.
