100% Grenache rosé, sourced from San Luis Obispo County. The grapes are direct-pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in a 2000L foudre (large oak vat). It is described as having notes of red berry fruit, watermelon, lemon zest, and white pepper.The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and contains no added sulfites (SO²).
