100% Brachetto. The grapes are cryo-macerated for 24 hours and then fermented using native yeast in stainless steel with a floating cap for 10 days. After maturing for 5+ months on the lees of Arneis with regular battonage, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Farming is organic.
Cherry red color, with a slight cloudiness due to presence of residual yeast, this wine has bright, fresh aromatics with delicate hints of violet and rose. Pleasantly tart on the palate, with notes of candied sour cherries.
