Green apple, lime, apple blossoms, honeysuckle, and stony. Very bright with clear flavors. High acidity with a light sweetness on the mid-palate that attenuates to a dry finish. This is very light, with low alcohol levels, making this a great aperitif or appetizer wine, but don't hesitate to pair with a quiche or fowl of any kind. 

Great introduction to off-dry Riesling, on par with a Mosel (Germany) style. Sweet but not too sweet. Pear Blossom vineyard is 18 acres total with 16 of them planted with vines and pear trees, thus the name. This is your everyday Riesling.
