This wine is made of 100% Garnacha. A village expression of Cebreros, this wine is farmed organically and is just so silky and elegant. It is aged in a combination of French Oak and stainless steel for a total of 12 months. A floral nose and palate of fresh plums and strawberries make for a delightful chillable red in the summer, and a reminder of sunnier days to come in the winter.
