A blend of Macabeu, Muscat d'Alexandrie, and Muscat à Petits Grains from 50 year-old vines grown on schist and marl soils. This dry skin contact white is a blend of 3 different parcels, and is named after a family matriarch. After whole cluster maceration, the grapes co-ferment in concrete. The wine is aged in 2500L foudres on the lees. Pair this medium-bodied white with squid stuffed with sausage.
